Our Aussie Phones are completely managed and audited right here in Australia. They may be slightly more expensive than some of the cheaper brands, but we hope our quality shines through!

All of our phones have WiFi and Bluetooth built in – which means you can use your standard bluetooth headset, and connect them to your normal WiFi network. No need for cables (well, apart from a power supply!).

Aussie Phones are a bit different to the standard cheap made-in-china Phones. Our phones have some unique features:

• Automatic Remote Provisioning.
  You don’t need to configure anything, the phones pick up their configuration automatically, just connect them to the internet. This is done completely in Australia, without sending any potentially secret information to services overseas.
• Remote security lockdown.
  If the phone is stolen, or misplaced, it can be remotely locked and wiped. There is no ability for a hacker to steal information from the phone.
• Branding.
  The LCD screen (all our phones have colour screens) can have your logo on it as part of the background. There is no cost for this when phones are ordered by a Hosted PBX customer.
  If ordering more than 50 phones, the front case of the phone can be customised with your own logo, replacing ours.
• Advanced Debugging.
  If you are having issues with the phone, we are able to remotely turn on debugging (requires a factory reset of the phone) which can send debug information to your syslog server.
• Encrypted Provisioning.
  Every one of our phones has a unique and secret security certificate installed in it. This can be used by a provisioning server to ensure that no one is trying to attack your system.

As the software in these phones is managed and configured here in Australia, if there is a feature that is required that is not part of the standard firmware you find on the cheaper phones, we may be able to add it for you!
