Good news, you don’t need be worried any more. Our conversion service will convert your existing phone system to an open standard, keeping as much as is possible of your existing configuration. You no longer need to think about vendor lock-in, or constantly increasing prices or requirements that change at the drop of a hat.

All you need to do is provide a backup of your current PBX, and we will convert it to a standard format that can be imported by our systems, or you can use the converted backup and import it yourself on your own self-hosted machine.

Free Migration with a managed PBX

If you sign up for a hosted PBX, we will import and configure your new PBX for free! You don’t need to do anything, we’ll do it all for you. You also get a free hour support for fine-tuning of your new phone system. If you’re not sure, you can order a no-risk Trial System, which is completely refunded if you order a hosted PBX.

Custom Migration for you to use with your own PBX

If you want to keep hosting your phone system yourself, you can purchase a one-off conversion for $110. We will convert your existing PBX backup to the open-source standard backup that can be restored on your own machine. Note that large and complicated backups may require more time (and possibly cost more), but you will be given a quote if that’s needed.

Complex Migration

If you can’t get a backup of your phone system, or for some reason we are unable to process it, we will give you a quote so you can make a decision on how to proceed. However, it’s usually cheaper to just start fresh! Most phone systems can be re-implemented from the ground up without too much difficulty
